Tony Franceschi is a Sacramento-based estate planning attorney and the founder of Capital City Wills & Trusts, PC, a law firm dedicated to helping families protect what matters most through thoughtful estate plans, efficient trust administration, and practical probate guidance.

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Philosophy and Lincoln Law School of Sacramento (Class of 2008), Tony began his legal career representing clients in Social Security Disability and personal injury matters. That experience gave him a unique, compassionate perspective on the real-world challenges families face—an insight that now shapes the way he approaches estate planning and elder law.

Since 2016, Tony has focused exclusively on estate planning and trust-related matters throughout the greater Sacramento region. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, and is a proud member of the California Lawyers Association. Tony is also a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. His goal with every client is simple: to make the complex understandable and to create plans that bring lasting peace of mind.
